Lord SHIVA is the GOD whom we know as the Supreme Soul. He is known as Vishwanath because He is father all human souls on earth. We as human souls are in fact ORPHANS (ANAATH) due to a simple reason that GOD SHIV is our soul father and we have forgotten Him because Mayavi Raavan has made us forget since Dwapar yug and we are unable to recognise our GODFATHER SHIV whom we also know as SHIV PITA PARMATMA. You may understand this. We say Brahma Devtae’ Namha, Vishnu Devtae’ Namha, Shankar Devtae’ Namha because these three are deities. Father of these three deities is GOD SHIV. Since we are like orphans (anaath) on this planet earth because we have forgotten ourfather, therefore GODFATHER SHIV is known as VISHWANATH because He is Naath of every human soul of VISHWA. Hence Vishwanath. This is revealed by GODFATHER SHIV because He knows the truth and He knows our part being played in this worldly drama every 5000 years. God Shiv comes on earth only once in 5000 years which is known as SANGAM YUG (Confluence Age) which is for a short duration of 100 years (Leap Yug). It is time for all human souls to go back home to PARAMDHAM. Hence God Shiv has come on earth to take us back as we all have forgotten way back to home.
