There's a strong possibility that we have a sneak preview of the Kul'tiran heritage armor set thanks to an update to the battle for azeroth webpage! Hopefully even if this doesn't end up being the heritage armor we'll get our hands on those cloaks in one way or another because they are super awesomesauce and absolutely have to be in the game somehow, someway for us to use as players.
