Today we see a beautiful, young, Canadian actress named Sarah Dugdale get kidnapped at the park by a crazy woman who believes that she is her mother. After being thrown into the van she protests for an extended period time before earning a duct tape gag from her captor. She is also bound with the tape for the entire van ride.
