Кирилл Светицкий: нужна ли России демократия?

Рассуждая о демократии, блогер, психолог и руководитель "Имперского центра" Кирилл Светицкий отмечает, что традиции, имеющие многовековую историю изменить невозможно. А традиция демократии в том, что меньшинство управляет большинством. Первая демократия была в Древних Афинах, и характеризовалось тем, что власть находилась в руках меньшинства - рабы и женщины права голоса не имели. Второй раз в истории демократия проявила себя в США, после получения независимости. Рабы и женщины права голоса не имели, властью опять распоряжалось меньшинство. Рабы исчезли, женщины получили права, а демократия из США распространилась по всему миру. Но сама концепция демократии впитала в себя то, что властью распоряжается меньшинство, называющее эту систему справедливой.
