Two high level officials in the North Korean government were executed by Kim Jong-un. Ri Yong Jin, a senior official at the education ministry, fell asleep during one of Kim's meetings. Hwang Min, former agriculture minister, also met his end because he suggested new ideas to improve the country's agricultural system. The two ex-officials were both killed using an anti-aircraft gun at a military academy in Pyongyang.
