From the Hidropark metro station, Paul then returned to Kiev stopping at Kiev’s Arsenalna metro station which is the deepest metro station in the world at 340+ feet deep. From there, he went to his hotel to work on videos and prepare for is next day’s flight to Munich, Germany to cover Oktoberfest. Paul’s risky adventure to Kiev paid off because Paul accomplished his main goal of covering the September 16, 2014 Ukraine Parliament ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. He also was able to get a strong sense of the aftermath effects of the Ukraine’s historic February 18-22, 2014 Ukraine “Euromaidan” Revolution on the Kiev population.
