Kiambu girl elated, joins school after surgery

It was double joy for Catherine Wanjiru a needy girl from Kiambu County who has now joined secondary after undergoing successful corrective breast surgery courtesy of well wishers. Wanjiru suffered from Gigantomastia a rare medical condition of the breast connective tissues. Her plight was highlighted by KBC Channel One and Kenyans of good will touched by her story offered to help.
