Here is lovely recipe for my rehydration limeade. I sweat like hell, love my coffee and I’m on keto so this is great to have to replenish your electrolytes! You lose mostly sodium with what I previously mentioned, but we need potassium too. Other electrolytes such as magnesium & calcium are lost but in much small quantities when sweating.
Anyway, here is the recipe. As always, I eyeball most of the stuff so take this with a pinch of salt lol :P
You could make this do 2 servings. (I added another bottle btw making int 3)
Sea salt or 1g
Pink Himalayan salt
Cream of tartar 1g
Lo Salt 4g
Sweetener up to you
Apple cider vinegar 1TBS /15ml
Lime 2 PCs /90ml
Soda water 1,000ml
Ice up to you
