The Kenya Police Air Wing this afternoon put on display the three newest members of their fleet at a ceremony presided over by Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi. And while the touted capabilities of the 3 billion shilling choppers may be impressive, questions have been raised with regard to precautions such as insurance and the procurement process.
