Keeway 50cc Hurricane scooter

This is my 50cc Hurricane Keeway scooter but it is hard to start and when it does it smokes alot and if i tride it, it pretty much just shuts off once i rev it alot. I just fixed it two months ago and i havent riden it for a month because i have been having trouble with it im just going to sell it cause i have another one
