KCP Ikebukuro Dorm

If you don't get a meal plan or do a homestay, you will probably (most likely actually) get placed at Ikebukuro dorms. However, I seriously think the dorms at Ikebukuro are the best since it is very close to the Tokyo Metro and JR Lines at the Ikebukuro station.
