Katz''s Deli is located at 205 East Houston Street (corner of Ludlow St) New York City, 10002. Katz's is a landmark deli serving huge pastrami and corned beef sandwiches and other Jewish cultural food. matzah ball soup, hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches, pickles and cheesecake are also on Katz's menu. The delicatessen, perhaps New York City's oldest, was founded in 1888. Katz's offers a unique, throwback dining experience with self-service ticketing, but without monitors. The Deli is noisy and chaotic -- in a good-way. Prepare yourself for a long wait, but the "experience," food, and people-watching is to be savored. Enjoy the retro and truly beautiful neon signs and traditional, old-stye furnishings. Katz's Deli is bustling and lively place with moderate prices. Hours, subject to change, are Monday thru Wednesday from 8:00 am to 10:45 pm, Thursday from 8:00 am to 2:45 am, Friday 8:00 am to open all night, all day Saturday: and on Sunday Katz's is open until 10:45pm.
