Under the patronage of His Excellency Witold Sobków the Ambassador of Poland to the United Kingdom, these Honorary Prizes are awarded by a panel of distinguished judges to individuals and/or representatives of organisations for their services to the Polish community in the United Kingdom. The Prizes recognise outstanding work for the good of the community. The awarding panel's aim is to single out, support and promote individuals and organisations making a significant contribution to the Polish community in the United Kingdom in the fields of culture, the safeguarding of Polish heritage and the cultivation of UK-Polish relations.
