Kaom's Dream - #16 - Plague Summoner - Let's play: Path of Exile (Hardcore SSF v2.5 Breach League)

This means no partying and no trading, so I'll be crafting and finding my own gear. Use essences, vendor recipes, farm specific divination cards. Summon Raging Spirits (SRS) and Summon Skeletons are two temporary minions that will be ideal to cast while channeling, especially combined with the Witch Necromancer's keystone, Beacon of Corruption. This makes minions that die or expire explode into a cloud that deals chaos damage over time based on the minion's life. This damage scales with increases to minion damage, and of course with minion life. For boss fights, Spectres provide damage that scales with area level, so this should be viable into maps. We have multiple options for our channeling skill, but when using Beacon of Corruption, Wither is the strongest option, giving a stacking debuff that makes mobs take more chaos damage from the toxic clouds. As a solo self-found character, skill availability will be constrained. A summoner is ideal for a Witch, as she gets all the required gems from quest rewards and vendors. For our defensive setup, Immortal Call and Increase Duration won't be available from vendors, but by doing daily missions for Haku, Elreon and Vagan, we will eventually be able to buy them. While leveling we try to get some life to protect us from chaos damage. We'll use a ES shield, and the weapon does not matter as we only channel Wither and summon minions.
