Here's a new pizza video that is on a style we haven't done before in the Kamado Joe grill. Using the DoJOE on this particular pizza worked really well since the cooking temperature here is 550°F.
This pizza has an amazing flavor and texture with the high-hydration dough. The addition of olive oil to the pan causes the dough to have a nice crispy fried texture on the bottom and sides.
Of all the pizza styles I have made here on the Kamado Joe grills, THIS is going to be one of my top two favorites along with the Grandma Pie.
You can get creative with this style and do a lot of different things with the toppings. Have some fun with it!

I changed the dough ingredients to fit a 9x13 pan to these quantities:
255g or 1 3/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon flour
4g or 1 1/2 tsp active dry or instant yeast
7g or 2 tsp kosher salt
190g or 3/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon lukewarm water
