Kalamay Hati is a native Filipino delicacy and basically made from Glutinous rice flour, brown sugar and coconut milk. In this recipe I added macapuno for extra texture and flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack (400 g.) glutinous flour
- 3 cups of coconut milk
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- Macapuno (optional)
- Banana leaves (optional)
- 2 cups of coconut milk or cream (for latik)
