Hard to tell, because in Kenya schoolboys and girls must all shave their heads, but this is a performance by an all-boys school. So the dancers in dresses are actually male! (Best acting performance I saw that day was a boy playing a woman--lipstick, wig, dress, stuffed bra, high--HIGH--heels and all)
