TODAY'S RECIPE MANGO JAM
উপকরণ/Ingredients
[6:46 PM, 4/8/2019] Bornali Idea: 1- Mango- 4 pcs | 400 gm
2- Peel off the skin of raw mangoes and cut it into square shape and wash it for 2 or 3 times
3-And Soak the mangoes for 30 minutes
4-After 30 minutes remove the mangoes in a pan
5-Water- 1 and 1/4 cups
6-On medium heat take the pan and cook it for 15 minutes while keep stirring
7-After 15 minutes turn off the heat
8-Removed all the boiled mangoes in a mixing jar and blend it , to make a smooth puree
9-On low heat take a pan
10-Add the mango puree- 1cup
11-Suger-1 cup and mix it
12-Black salt-1/4 tsp and mix it
13-Cook it for 10 minutes keep stirring
14-After 10 add green food colour-2 drops and mix it
15-Cook it for another 8 minutes keep stirring
16-After 8 minutes add lemon juice -1/2 pcs
17-Mix it and cook it for 2 minutes
18-After 2 minutes turn off the heat and set aside to cool it down
19-Then take a bowl and place the jam into the bowl
20-TODAY'S RECIPE MANGO JAM IS READY
