Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang hit by flash floods due to heavy rain: PUB

On Dec 2, there were flash floods in western Singapore due to heavy rain. National water agency PUB said the affected areas were Jurong East Street 32 and Choa Chu Kang Ave 1. Traffic could not pass at both locations for about 20 minutes, but the floods subsided before 4pm.
