Boulder City Municipal Court Judge Victor Miller abused his authority to try and protect his religious leader (LDS Stake President/City Attorney Steven Morris). Judge Miller issued an unconstitutional gag order against Attorney Stephen Stubbs that District Court Judge Susan Johnson struck down.
