Juan Guaido in Bogota for Lima Group Meeting on Venezuela

Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido arrived in the Colombian capital Bogota on Sunday ahead of a meeting with U.S. Vice President Mike Pence. The two men will be attending an emergency summit of the so-called Lima Group of countries to discuss Venezuela's crisis. "Venezuela today wakes up with a crisis that could have been addressed yesterday," Guaido said on arrival. (AP)
