José Feliciano performs at age 17

Teen-aged José Feliciano makes his first television appearance in 1962 on the variety show Amateur Hour. His jazz band Modern Sound Trio featured -- in addition to José -- fellow teens Bliss Rodriguez on piano and Bobby Grogen on drums. All of the band members were blind.
