Jonathan Bush, cofounder and CEO of athenahealth, visited Google's Cambridge MA office on May 27, 2014. In his provocative book Where Does It Hurt? An Entrepreneur's Guide to Fixing Health Care, Bush calls for a revolution in health care to give the customers more choices, freedom, power and information, and at far lower prices.
