First, you must have Level 80 The World, Level 200 (To be able to fight DIO) and 30,000 points. To start this secret quest, you must have killed DIO. After the fact, find SCR by stopping time in a certain location. There are many locations that SCR spawns in, so you have to time stop multiple times to find them. Then when you find SCR, you must say the letter E in chat. After this, your character will be reset, and will respawn with The World Requiem.
