Jim Palmer Trucking. For truckers that don't remember, Jim Palmer used to be family owned and a good place to work. Now owned by Wil-Trans, the pay has gone, shall we say, downhill. It is basically just a western division of Prime. A few other things also make Jim Palmer Transportation a place you may or may not want to consider. The Jim Palmer Transportation pay structure is not the best and they pay everyone on a pay card I am told.
