Jerimiah Taylor is the recruiter for a Keller Williams real estate office in Del Mar, CA. He grew his office from 317 to 420 agents last year selling a total of $1.1 billion in real estate.  “I talk to 600 agents a year and have 7,000 agents in my database. It was difficult to stay in touch with all these people so I started sending coaching videos to my database,” says Jerimiah.   He works full time as a recruiter in California while owning a real estate team in Tucson.
