The Winston Salem Symphony presents GRAMMY and Pulitzer Prize winner Jennifer Higdon's Low Brass Concerto on October 27 and 29, 2019. Soloists are the Symphony's low brass section: trombonists Brian French and David Wulfeck, bass trombonist Erik Salzwedel, and tubist Matt Ransom. These performances are part of Timothy Redmond's inaugural concerts as Music Director, and appear on a program with music of Mozart, Haydn, and Stravinsky's "The Rite of Spring."
