Jean Grey Uniform Vs Base kit Comparison (MFF)

Taking a look at Jean with and without her uniform in PvE content. For my build on Jean I was getting similar damage with and without the uniform (Uniform at Normal rank). But my Jean has a 30% fire damage obelisk and I compared with Ghost Panther as well giving a 50% fire damage boost. Even with the 80% fire damage advantage Jean with the uniform was out pacing her base kit in damage against Cull but against Ebony the lack of a consistent elemental damage skill to proc on let her base kit perform better. That is just for her damage for her survivability however with the uniform was much harder to kill. She has crazy damage reduction and a much stronger heal.
