Overall investor satisfaction with full service investment firms continues to rise, yet younger investors are less happy with their financial advisers than older ones, says Craig Martin, director of the financial services practice at J.D. Power. Martin says that investment firms have difficulty connecting with younger customers especially about subjects like retirement saving and the fees they are paying. Martin also discusses which firms top the rankings and why.
