Japan Snowboarding: Samurai Shredders

My friends and I were lucky enough to catch a perfect storm system giving us some of the deepest powder we have ever snowboarded in. We got to spend about a day and a half in Shinjuku area of Tokyo before heading to Hakuba Valley in the Japanese Alps. We stayed at a snowboard in/out hotel near Happo One and caught some deep pow at Cortina, and a nice groomer day at Tsugaike Kogen. What an amazing trip. Japan is such a beautiful place. It is definitely one of the favorite countries I have visited, let alone snowboard. I made a documentary of our amazing trip. I would love to come back here.
