"It was I, Dio!" AMAZING Build Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2

This build was extremely fun to make I am most definitely not the first person to create a build in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 about DIO but, I figured I go ahead and do it :) DIO is one of my absolute FAVORITE anime characters ever his phone are dope as hell and his voice actor is just....
