Isvak - Ice bath with my friends

I have always wanted to try winter bathing for real. I've heard that if you stay in the water for about 30 seconds you will not feel the cold and the body will get a rush of endorphins. So this cold saturday me, Johan and my best friends went down to the lake to make a hole in the ice. I had decided to really push myself to the limits and stay in there until I felt that warm feeling. And so I did! And truly it was a wonderful and refreshing feeling.
