Istanbul H.K.D. seminars 2013: hankumdo

Klaas Barends taught a three hour introduction to hankumdo. Drawing the sword (sigeom, 시검) and the resheating of the sword (chakgeom, 착검) was taught as well as several basic strikes and blocks. The video was shot during the Istanbul H.K.D. Seminars on June 22-23 in 2013. The organisation was in hands of Cem Uymak of the Korea Sports Federation in Turkey. Hankumdo (한검도, sometimes written as hangumdo) is a Korean sword martial art and was founded by the late grandmaster, Myung Jae-nam kuksanim.
