The annual G7 summit has ended with an escalating row between the US and Canada. After leaving the meeting early, US President Donald Trump withdrew his backing of a joint communique signed by the group's leaders. He blamed it on what he calls "weak and dishonest" statements from the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
