iProperty Office Visit | Iherng's Vlog #023

Shout out to Loraine for inviting me to visit iProperty's office in Garden, Kuala Lumpur. iProperty is one of the top property portals in Malaysia, where it has become the dictionary or wikipedia for Malaysia real estate. It's the place where people shop and research for properties, which becomes the marketplace for developers and realtors to list their products. It was only 8 years back when I was still a real estate agent where advertising in their platform were almost free. But the issue that most of the agents are facing now would be the saturation of listings on the platform. My take is that most of the agents now solely depends on iProperty to market their properties, and even if they increase their fees, most of the agents have no choice. Anyway, I'm so thankful for the team in iProperty for their job well done which is bringing data for real estate into a whole different level. Also thank you for showing me around and being super friendly=)
