Inuuro - A Collection of Leaves (Halftribe Remix)

For the real pleasure seeker there is another wonderful and breathtaking EP being released entitled "A collection of Leaves" that will satisfy every keen ear in the Downtempo Scene. The EP features three outstanding artists from the cold corners of Europe, to one of the biggest Metropolitans in the United States. The three tracks give the listener an ambient feel and make them zone into a world far beyond ours. The first sound that will tickle your eardrums comes from Norwegian artist trio Inuuro. Known for their controversial cross-genred music they show us a new meaning of post-rock flavoured ambient tracks, that will keep the listener hooked from start to end. Secondly there's USA based SineRider who satisfied the general Chillout listener for so many years and did so as well with this stellar Remix. Thirdly, there's Halftribe who's an up and coming producer from the United Kingdom giving you his thoughts of this outstanding ambient, relaxing music in a beautiful take on the Original Track. Inuuro's track starts off extremely slow paced and relaxed and carries the listener into a melodic trance that will put your mind into a chilled out state! It has some great uplifting sounds due to it's Post-rockish drum layers and is bound to turn any frown upside down. With soothing guitar riffs and mesmerizing bell layers this track is surely a unique masterpiece and a great addition to the Downtempo Scene as it exists today. With multiple releases over the last decade, Boston based producer SineRider is one of the most prominent and recognizable faces that has put his mark on the Downtempo Scene. SineRider's version of the song comes with a similar feel but an even more relaxed tempo, almost as soothing as the breath of spring. It's easy going tempo gives the listener a smooth sensation as if being carried on a cloud to some far away destination. Halftribe manages to twist the track in a somewhat different way by adding sheering vocals that neither SineRider or Inuuro used in their works. This gives his version of the song a different spin but, at the same time, keeping it within the ambient / chillout genre it's meant to be and, thus, providing the listener with a happy sensation throughout its entirety. With dynamic pads and immersive atmospheres this track suits well within the essence Nama Recordings tries to capture, the purity on itself.
