Operation HOPE Founder, Chairman and CEO John Hope Bryant unveils the new HOPE Office of Small Business & Entrepreneurship (HOSBE). On the eve of HOPE's 20th year anniversary, the HOSBE will connect HOPE's 19-year plus track record of 'input' power enabling youth and adults to access and utilize HOPE's financial dignity programs and initiatives with HOPE's mostly untapped and transformational 'output' power. After 20 years of providing financial dignity programs, HOPE is has taken steps to begin to translate the organization's well-known qualitative 'good works' that our programs and initiatives deliver into undeniable quantitative impact; as measured by the HOPE Office of Innovation, Research & Assessment (OIRA) and the Gallup-HOPE Index. The goal of monitoring and evaluating HOPE's programs and initiatives is nothing less than 21st century transformational change at the level of the local under-served community. To create a new culture of self-empowerment and entrepreneurial spirit at the community level, and a new culture of self-generated job creation amongst our youth. HOPE's 'Silver Rights' culture for youth financial literacy and economic energy in America fired by the Gallup-HOPE Index Cities Initiative.
