333Kg of Milk was seized during market checking by Food Inspector Rajni Bhagat. Deepak Sharma Kishtwar 04May:- While Continuening the market Checking by food safety officers.Today On 4th day on the Direction Of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana district officer Food safety Shabir Ahmed Freedy,Food Inspector Rajni Bhagat and FSO Shamema Akhter starting drive of market Checking and during Checking More than 333kg of milk was seized and thrown into the garbage from different hotels and tea stalls of district Kishtwar. As per report given By food inspector Rajni Bhagat and FSO Shamema Akhter More than 333kg of defected milk was seized during market checking.they said that as per report coming from locals that some tea stall owners and hotel owners has used to sold defected milk and used to mixed alot of water into the milk and during checking by degree which proves the concentration of water and pure milk show the positive result that more water was mixed into the milk .Against This action, From Many hotels and tea stalls owners more than 333kg of defected milk was seized by Food inspector Rajni Bhagat and FSO Shamema Akhter and thrown In the garbage .And also warn them to stop fooling peoples,As if they used to continue this process their licence will be seized and also shop was seized said food inspector. Coming towards public, They said that this drive of checking was very good step taken by Distric officer food kishtwar and Food Inspector kishtwar. Public said that this drive of checking have to continue in future for the welfare of the public and for good health of the public.
