Inside Out Thought Bubbles Level 83 NEW 25 Balls Tips and Strategy Walkthrough

Inside Out Thought Bubbles Level 83 has changed and now we only get 25 balls (previously 35) to win the level. At first it seems there are not enough balls... however, when the screen scrolls up down at the beginning you can see that there is a lightning bubble at the very top centre. My strategy for level 83: Focus on clearing a path to that lightning bubble at the very top centre. Charge Anger as much as possible... use his special balls to clear the way to the top lightning bubble, while removing other bubbles to scroll the screen up and eventually shoot that lightning bubble.
