So the Vampire Diaries star turned 25 years old today, January 9, and we've got some details on how she already celebrated the big birthday. Well, two nights before, it seems like there was a par-tay... that included some of the most important people in Nina's life -- including Ian Somerhalder and Julianne Hough -- and even TVD's Julie Plec and Kevin Williamson were in on the action. They all got up close and personal for the candle blowout. Julianne Hough posted a sweet happy bay message to Nina along with this cute pic, noting "you are kind, smart, adventurous, loving, honest, beautiful, mysterious, free, funny and so on and so forth... I am so lucky to call you my best friend! I love you so much... My sister! Happy birthday ya ol' fart!!  xoxo"... and as far as Ian is concerned, just because we all know that they were the best couple ever and TVD fans hope that they get back together officially, let's take a peek at his public birthday message for Nina. He tweeted out "Happy Birthday @ninadobrev !!! The world loves you! We all do ;) Enjoy the moment, enjoy the day, enjoy the year!" And that's a sweet message... In fact, we want to pass on a congratulatory message to these two stars who won a People's Choice Award together as a pair. That's right, Damon and Elana grabbed the Favorite On-Screen Chemistry award... so that just further shows that we all love these two, in character, in person, and we're just happy to see they're happy too!
