Inflatable Catamaran- Glued or welded

A close up look over the features and construction of a Inflatable Catamaran. The ultimate Takacat 340 LX. Be cautious of imitations / companies who have issues with glued systems on inflatable boats as key parts of these inflatable catamarans can only be glued and it's simply not a issue. The complete air deck floor, bottom fabric layer and transom not to mention fixtures and rubbing strips can only be glued. So if a inflatable boat company is not confident with a glued system we would advise to stay well away. Takacat is very confident and experienced with our gluing systems (12+ years experience) and have no issues in gluing our inflatable boats seams as well. This glued system is far more involved and labour intensive than the faster and cheaper welded seam system. A glued seam will provide better servicing and fold ability than a welded seam as well. Recommended for use in less than 42 degrees. For a quality design and built inflatable catamaran check out the original and genuine Takacat inflatable catamarans. http://www.takacat.com
