If lights 1 and 3 are blinking or if all the lights are blinking, follow the instruction.
Remove the plug from the power source.
Set both wheel buttons to off.
Plug the cable.
Set the wheel buttons to middle.
That's all, only the power light (middle) should be green.
Lights flashing means that there is an error.
