Incinerate Soulwrest (Phantasms) feels amazing - Path of Exile (3.4 Delve)

One of the most pleasant builds i have played in quite some time. Easy to get 8k+ ES even with 2 handed staff. Can do all map mods except elemental reflect. Red Elder, Shaper, Vaal Temple viable, easy Delving. Soulwrest is cheap. Heretic's Veil is cheap. Energy from within could be over 30c depends on time. ES crafted rings, amulet, belt can be expensive if you are buying and not crafting. ES/dps: around 8-9k ES, could reach 10k. Dps hard to calculate but should be around 500k+ vs Shaper with everything combined.
