The White House has suspended the press pass of CNN correspondent Jim Acosta after he and President Donald Trump had a heated confrontation during a news conference. During the exchange, a White House aide tried to take the microphone from Mr Acosta but he held on to it, with the reporter appearing to brush her arm as she did so.
