ILI9481 HVGA TFT driver for the STM32

This demonstration shows the stm32plus library for the STM32F103* ARM Cortex M3 driving an ILI9481 HVGA TFT panel using the FSMC. For this demo the ILI9481 is running in 16-bit 64K colour mode (1 FSMC transfer per-pixel).
