IHHP Mornington Island Hit The Ground

IHHP artists in partnership with North West Queensland Primary Health Care, Regional Operations Council, and Mission Australia worked alongside the talent young leaders of Mornington Island community to create this health promotion Music Video called "Hit the Ground". IHHP was privileged to visit Mornington Island talking up health issues around Tackling Tobacco, Sexual Reproductive Health and Social and Emotional Well-being.
