This video is about SO much more than my ankle injury. It’s truly about my life... who I am as a person... WHY I am the way I am & who I am. It’s about MY STORY. And •if I told you MY STORY• You would hear HOPE that wouldn’t let go. If I told you my story... you would hear love that never gave up. And if I told you my story... you would hear LIFE... but it wasn’t mine. If I should speak, then let it be.. of HIS GRACE that is GREATER. This isn’t just about my ankle injury fifteen months ago... this is about who I am, who God creates me to be. He instilled strength in me that I never knew I had... he instilled HOPE in me that never lets go of faith no matter the circumstances... I didn’t know I had any of this in me until Sky passed away & HIS LOVE NEVER GAVE UP ON ME. As you can imagine... losing a child will change who you are... but HIS GRACE was GREATER and HE made me stronger.... as a person, as a mom. He made me a FIGHTER through the darkest times in my life because of HIS LOVE. I was so lost and it was so dark... but now just look at ALL of the GOODNESS. HIS GOODNESS. We have two beautiful, heathy, amazing girls that he blessed us with... they call me MOM. I didn’t know if I would ever hear that after we lost Sky. So now... when things like this happen... when things don’t go according to my plan.. I have all of that strength, hope, faith, and FIGHT that HE instilled in WHO I AM. See it isn’t about my story... it’s about HIS STORY & sharing HIS GOODNESS & LOVE. And that’s exactly what I try to share through Team Sky... by sharing my workouts, my testimony, and my story.
