Here is a great vegetable soup recipe that could be made with any type of protein. In this recipe I have used organic ground chicken breast. Remember to always select high-quality poultry that is a hormone and antibiotic free.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground lean organic protein
Your favorite vegetables from the phase 1 list
Water to fill the crockpot after all the ingredients have been added
Seasonings and spices to taste
Chop your veggies and place them in the crockpot. Cook items together that include your protein, fresh spices, garlic and green onions. Fill the crockpot with water to the top. Set it on 2 - 4 hours at high or longer at low.
