"Marina Shifrin decided to leave her role at Next Media Animation by releasing a sub-titled clip of her dancing to Kanye West's song Gone. The 25-year-old was unhappy her bosses only 'cared about YouTube views and not content' at the Taiwanese company famous for making animated reconstructions of real-life events, such as the Charlie Sheen meltdown.
