Hyundai， Kia rank first in imported car sales in Germany 명차 본고장 독일서 현대기아차 ′수입차

Hyundai Motor and its affiliate Kia Motors were the top selling foreign brands in Germany in October， amid an overall drop in demand for imported cars. Data from a German automobile association show the combined sales of the two Korean brands surpassed 14－thousand units last month. Hyundai′s sales inched up Point－four－percent on－year to over nine－thousand units. Kia′s sales spiked more than four－percent to over five－thousand units. This comes despite an on－year drop of over five－percent in imported car sales in Germany. Scandal－ridden Volkswagen saw its sales drop at home by Point－seven－percent from last October， despite a rise in the combined sales of German brands.
